Key Result Areas/AccountabilitiesSupporting ActionsTo provide expertise on the various quality standards to SD team-Train the SD team on various quality standards like ISO, CMMI, TL, COCP standards etc. Establish, document, implement and maintain Quality Management Systems in accordance with the requirements of the various quality standards (ISO, CMMI, TL, COPC etc) to demonstrate the organizations ability to consistently provide service that meets customer & applicable statutory & regulatory requirements. Prepare & maintain a Quality Manual which would contain and amplify the policy and means of implementation of the SDQ s total quality system.Identify all the processes necessary to run the business effectively & efficiently, determine the sequence, document & maintain the inventory of processes with description of the interaction between the processes of QMS.Internal Audits Provide expertise to conduct process audits and facilitate process audits. Establish a documented procedure for internal audits. Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to eliminate/minimise non-conformances. Ensure conformity to the customer & applicable statutory & regulatory requirements.Develop framework, execute & publish the balanced scorecard.-Develop the framework, concept & flow chart for balanced scorecard. -Roll-up the scorecard for-Publish national scorecard month on month and ensure circle SD & all relevant verticals are publishing the scorecard as per schedule. -Monitor and track action plan and close looping basis the scores.Develop frameworks & methodology for identifying, monitoring and publishing the best practices followed by circles-Develop framework, methodology, concept note and guideline for monitoring, identification, collation & publishing best/good practices followed by circles and also recognizing circles which are contributing high number of such practices, -Identify the practices which can be rolled out nationally.-Publish the best practices.-Ensure the best practices are included as part of processes/guideline. Develop framework & methodology to identify the sources for Root Cause Analysis and identify the areas of improvement and work with the respective stakeholders to take it to close loop the same. -Develop framework, methodology, concept note and guideline for RCA. -On a quarterly basis drive circles to identify the areas of concern/improvement, do RCA and possible solutions and share with corporate office.-Identify the areas which can be taken up as National projects, circle projects etc and share it with respective stakeholders, -Monitor and take the projects to closure and publish reports.
