Responsible for the overall training functions in the state, planing , executing and monitoring all the training programs within the state.Designs, develops and delivers leadership workshops.Conduct training and Individual Development Programms for supervisors and managers in the state.Manage the trainers and their training schedules, conduct programs.Contributes to the design, development , production and implementation of training materials, documents and manuals to ensure consistency and quality of content and delivery to meet the specific needs of pharma retail training programme.Manage and publish training related data and reports.SkillsPlanning/ organising and coordination skills, excellent communication skills.Knowledge of various teaching / training aids..Curriculum and course developmentHigh level proficiency in English language & training.Proficiency in Regional Language of respective stateDesiredMaintaining an established work schedule.Maintaining confidentiality of work related information and materials.Establishing and maintaining effective working relationshipsQualificationBachelor's Degree in any Discipline however a qualification in Education or related subject would be preferred.Minimum of two years of training experience.5 years of experience is preferred.
