Job Description Strategic thinking around customer demographics along with lead management skills. Build a transparent, structured and scalable sales program based on the life cycle needs of the customers. Should adhere Call center Quality standards. Responsible to provide all daily, monthly reporting MISs related to sales activities. Streamlining Sales processes and call center enhancement& Coordination along with respective channels accordingly. To set up a clear KRAs for team members and Business targets to achieve channel objectives and drive them on their goalsheets Responsible to arrange& design training programs for team members as per their requirement with the help of training teams wherever required. Responsible to design RnR and Incentive scheme for team along with support channels. Continuously have to Guide and support team Should be able to handle customer queries of the tele calling team Manage the required conversion ratios on the floor from different campaigns.
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
