The profile of candidates shall be1. Chemical Engineers with 3 - 4 years of experience in Capital Goods Sales (Process equipment, Water Treatment, Pollution Reduction) or Turnkey Project Sales. Candidates with Diploma and 5 - 6 years are also encouraged to apply2. Candidates should be exceptional in communication skills and proficiency in English communication3. Expected to posses inclination to work on Engineering principles.4. Should be conversant in understanding process and drawing up conceptual requirements of customer5. Experienced in preparing project proposals6. Aggressive Selling abilities with persistence to convert proposals into orders.7. Should be able to establish contact with Project Owners, Engineering Services Managers, Procurement Managers and Senior Management team of Customer's side and maintain communication channels enabling continuation revenue generation opportunities.8. Ability to cross sell products and services9. Manage and monitor Project implementations in their geography of business.10.Maturity to maintain constant communication channel with peers and Management team in the organization.11.Open to learn and adapt to changing environment with positive influence within and outside the organization.12.Ambitious to achieve KRA's and exceed expectations and sets new scale of heights for others to aimThe candidates will be resident engineers and report to headquarters on their business progress.Compensation will be matching to potential of the candidate and very attractive incentives are designed to enable achieve self designed targets.
