Responsible for P and L of the category end to end, Launch, promotions, revenue growth, competition mapping, Inventory management, liquidation of stock, Margins, Vendor engagement, streamlining after sales process, sales trainings etc. Manage core assortment at locations in terms good, better , best to drive product availability, revenue and customer satisfaction Should be able to understand customer needs to design and present the solutions to the Installers for their upcoming projects as per the project needs Run Monthly promotions to drive revenue and customer acquisitions. Work with the sales team to identify the channel partners and run certification program. Understanding of IT Channel /Networking channel is desirable. Creating strategic plans for each subcategory category of product, including growth and promotional programs Support and drive marketing / knowledge activities for Video Surveillance products Create sales tools (datasheet, proposal template, customer presentation, demonstration, training) to help increasing the productivity of the sales team Conduct training to sales, technical engineer and channel partners to increase the awareness and knowledge of Video offering. Manage content for Video. Support the development and implementation of comprehensive vendor marketing plans for strategic vendors or a significant number of vendors. Manage vendor/ADI marketing relationship, including maintaining product marketing plans, managing vendor coop/MDF and representing ADI in marketing related business meetings. Act as a consultant for assigned vendors by providing marketing direction pertaining to assigned vendor marketing plansProduct management Working closely with vendors to execute product launch program, EOL exit, regional demo set-ups to increase sales effectiveness and NPI success Design and execute promotion schemes for products for better acceptability / increasing reach, working closely with Marcom team to ensure target result is achieved Conduct regularly competitive price comparison to support sales and pricing strategy decision Maintain updated price list. Work with supply chain and commercial team to manage inventory levels/Vendor supply relationship. Managing supplier relationships, including contracts, product assortment, marketing programs, and communications Manage strategic direction of ADI for Intrusion & Home Solution products in South Asia Recommend and suggest sales strategies, promotional activities, and other initiatives designed to increase the level of awareness and sales of ADI Intrusion & Home Solution Products in the Territory under their control Research competitors, market pricing and industry programs through communication with Strategic Marketing, Sales, Target Customers and Vendors. Support field sales staff by clearly communicating enticing promotional programs, new products or suppliers as well as resolution of transactional issues as needed.
