Are you an MBA professional with 6+ years experience in internal operation and support service? We have a challenging opportunity in our Hyderabad office. As per the fast growth of the organization, there are many verticals to initiate and manage in the internal process for a smooth functioning of the organization. Hence, by considering various growth factors, there is a need for a professional to provide guidance and support to internal operations team to manage various organizational activities in different domains as mentioned below-1. Human Resource Management 2. Finance Management and Administration3. Project Quality Management 4.Institution and Organizational ManagementWHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU Supporting IOS head in managing internal operations of ALC India Providing management support to internal operations team. Overall responsibility for the smooth functioning of all organizational internal activities as per the plan. Regular monitoring and evaluation of 4 domains as mentioned above. Ensuring various operations reports on time. Providing critical analysis of operational activities from time to time. Fundraising for the organization.WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVEQUALIFICATION MBA/PGDBM/ PGDRM/ Any professional Degree from reputed collegeEXPERIENCE 6+ years in internal operation and support service EXPERTISE- ESSENTIAL Knowledge of financial management and accounting. Expertise in human resource functions Hands on experience in statutory compliances as per company act. Experience in monitoring and quality control. Multi-tasking ability with qualitative output Efficient project management skillsPERSONAL QUALITIES & BEHAVIOURAL TRAITS Sound fundamental knowledge on management functions including financial management, project management and business development aspects. Quick decision maker with sound negotiation skills Ability to manage and lead various domain teams. Sound planning and execution skills. Good understanding of livelihood sector in India. Strong analytical skills and ability to use statistical tools; data compilation and presentation skills. Ability to define the task and milestone to achieve in the given time period with the optimal use of available resources. Good communication (written and oral), good time management.
