Responsibilities1. Provide business vision and leadership for the assigned region2. Develop a complete understanding of organization structure, customer requirements, competitor activity, marketshare targets, the developing markets, sales penetration, local sales coverage and sales revenue goals throughsuccessful development and implementation of sales strategies and tactical plans3. Lead the planning and implementation of the regional sales plan working in collaboration with stake holders toincrease market share, develop new markets and to improve gross margins by enhancing the performance4. Is accountable for achieving bookings, revenue and gross margin objectives5. Assist in the annual sales budgeting process to develop comprehensive region sales plans including appropriateactions required to ensure achievement of divisions growth targets6. Regular reporting on sales performance including sales forecasts, bookings, backlog, revenue, budget, competitoractivity, customer needs and regional climate7. Responsible for Recruitment, Training & RetentionRequirements1. Bachelor s Degree with MBA in Marketing preferred2. Minimum 6 years of work experience with at least 2 years of managing multiple branches/franchises3. Is an Ambassador of values and culture on the field4. Crisis Management ability5. The ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team6. Excellent communication and people relationship and management skills7. A strong commitment to customer service8. The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations9. Decision making ability and a sense of responsibility10. The ability to understand and analyze sales figures11. Planning and organizational skills12. Business acumen13. Out of the box thinker, innovative solutions to problems14. Problem solving and objection handling abilitiesGood to have1. Experience in direct marketing and local promotion2. Knowledge of the matrimonial industry
