List the essential functions (i.e. key responsibilities with expected end results) that must be accomplished in order to fulfill the purpose of your position as described above.* Major duties, functions and key responsibilities but not limited to are as followsPartner with the business, sales and pricing team to conduct pricing development studies aimed to improve pricing efficiency and effectiveness.Manage databases and homegrown tools and identify ways to use existing data in more productive ways.Possess knowledge and experience in the acquisition, analysis, and display of data; and in extraction of information and knowledge from that data in supports decision making to business leaders.Work on process efficiency by automation and smart analytics to remove redundant activities in pricing operation processes.Support in executing projects of strategic importance in the areas of Price ManagementProvide ongoing analytical support to Business Division and various levels of management in the organization related to Pricing and other issues.Support in making consulting/analysis to business leaders, Finance leaders & sales leaders in pricing processes that builds pricing sophistication and overall profitability, which drive sustainable change and enhanced business resultsBasic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)*Describe any specialized knowledge or skill (e.g., technical, scientific, administrative, managerial) that your position requires.Minimum Graduate in Mathematics, Business, Economics. MBA (Marketing) degree preferred.3-5 years of experience manufacturing industry exposure preferred.Statistical and Mathematical Modeling knowledgeExpertise in Statistical languages tools R, OAA, BDD and SPSS / SAS Hands on experience on some of the below statistical methods would be preferredForecasting ModelsMultiple RegressionTrend AnalysisFactor AnalysisCluster AnalysisData Mining approachesStrong analytical skillsStructured approach to Problem solvingBusiness proficiency in the following areas is requiredStrong business acumenUnderstanding of costing concepts and terminologyAbility to manage a large amount of transactional data and determine trends up to part number level with win-loss analysis using statistical and analytical tools.Good organizational and time management skills, strong analytical skills and the inter-personal skills to interact with all levels of management.Highly motivated individual with excellent oral and written communication skills.Technical proficiency in following areas is required

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
