The Corporate Staff Finance team covers Oversight & Control, Intelligent Solutions, CAO Strategy & Process Improvement, Corporate Strategy, Communications and Regulatory Affairs. Combined, these areas formulate a pre-tax recoverable expense base of approximately $300 Million with total headcount of 750.Roles and Responsibilities Establish and enhance processes, and make key contributions to the successful achievement of the organization s goals and objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with a variety of individuals including multiple senior leaders in corporate. Manage annual budget process, periodic forecasting, month-end close, management reporting. Calculate accruals and prepare billing information for allocations. Participate in the creation of business cases and spending requests. Perform ad hoc financial analysis involving expense trends and business drivers. Create executive-level financial reporting to support LOB business reviews. Recommend improvements to streamline business processes and improve profitability.Candidate should have the following skills Bachelors Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or a related field MBA/CA preferred Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience Extensive quantitative and analytical problem solving skills, including finance practices (modeling for budgeting and forecasting), accounting concepts (accruals, P & L Accounting and Fixed Asset Accounting) and preparing financial statements (P & L and Walkforward analysis); Ability to presenting complex financial concepts to a non-financial audience Computer literacy skills (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Hyperion/Essbase, SAP) and technical adaptability Experience analyzing large amounts of data Great oral communication skills and ability to liaise with senior management Ability to meet deadlines and deal with a fast changing environment Ability to access and process information, and work independently Analytical, organizational, and project management skills Must be a team player and self motivated
Degree: CA (Chartered Accountant) | MBA/ PGDM
