Work on Company s marketing and business development plan and drive strong corporate communications, market and business development strategy alongside Companys vision through superlative marketing programs.Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet Company s vision. Effective delivery of the marketing, advertising and promotional programs at the country and Zonal levelDesired Candidate ProfileMBAfrom a premier B Schools with 12 to 16 years of experience in MarketingProven ability to define marketing processes and build teams around themExperience working with counterparts in the U.S. / UKStrong written and verbal communication skillsEntrepreneurial with strong execution skillsExperience in managing large teamsExcel working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environmentExcel as a self-starter and problem solver Lead, manage, and direct the work of the Department to ensure departmental objective is achieved.Strategizing and facilitate in Brand communications, Activation and PR strategy.Create, develop and implement the delivery of marketing strategy, to meet the needs of the overall business plan.Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the organization.Develop a market research program with the external marketing agency which will inform activity and offer a greater understanding of audiences and sales.Introduce key marketing policies and processes in order to optimize Sales Force engagement with organization.Translating business unit objectives and strategies to develop brand portfolio objectives, strategies and plans to facilitate business unit growth.Formulate and plan the departments annual budget within the context of the Organization overall marketing budget and support development and execution of zonal and regional marketing budgets.Protect the use of the brand in all forms of communication internally and externally.Oversee Corporate Communications Activities External & Internal communications and systems and Oversee firms electronic marketing efforts including supervision of Web site design and maintenance.Build and develop a marketing team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated and efficient.Ensure the integration of the marketing function, drive or support strong long term growth of KPIs for the country.Create seasonal marketing campaigns, and additional promotions as required with the marketing team, to maximize sale force recruitment through communicating with current and prospective audiences, establishing alliances, developing promotional opportunities in print and online and forming marketing and media partnerships.
