Job Details

Quality Assurance (QA) team will provide exposure to finance management and involvement in external reporting quality assurance processes. The role will be responsible for the followingParticipating in QA reviews from end to end, including developing testing strategies, executing testing, and analyzing resultsAssisting in the review of key systems and process flows to identify which elements are critical to downstream reportingAnalyzing the source data used in the production of external reportingAssisting in mapping processes and developing corresponding testing strategiesExecuting data integrity testing on critical data elements (key data sources back to source documentation)Liaising with business contacts to request documentation and to gain clarificationIdentifying, escalating, and reporting testing exceptions and themes for further review, root cause analysis and remediationCommunicating findings to management and assisting in developing action plans to facilitate timely escalation and resolutionManaging the India QA team focused on Corporate-led QA reviews, including data integrity testing of certain productsMaintaining awareness of evolving industry and regulatory changesCandidate requirementsDegree in Accounting, Finance, or Business5 years related experience in Financial reporting or Audit experienceKnowledge of US Regulatory and SEC reporting requirements, external reporting control conceptsAbility to think strategically across various content and material with limited trainingDetail oriented to review & test various data elementsExcellent desktop/spreadsheet/databases and data analytics skillsProduce auditable working papers to support conclusionsWillingness to work in UK shift & extended UK shift Timings (e.g. upto 12am or 1am)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task in a constantly changing environmentSelf motivated individual who is able to partner with stakeholder and identify opportunities for efficiently executing on deliverables.Ability to build and maintain partnerships within the various product aligned business personnel, controller and operations teams
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
