Job Details

a. Participate in acquisition and asset management activities for real estate fund.b. Prepare and update NOI analysis and Quick valuation for preliminary screening of deals and excel cash flow models for detailed underwritingc. Prepare Investment committee memos and presentations for assets considered for acquisitionsd. Participate in the preparation of Asset strategic reviews for assets held.e. Participate in the review and approval of annual operating, capital budgets and quarterly reforecast for real estate assets.f. Prepare and update internal valuation models and memos on a quarterly basis.g. Support asset managers in the preparation of the annual Business Plans and Quarterly Asset Reports for asset owned.h. Update and prepare values of assets under management, valuation trend analysis and occupancy and signed leases tracking.i. Preparation of various fund, investor and lender presentations.j. Understand various real estate related documentation and prepare cash flow models in excel, Argus/Dyna.k. Review external appraisals and comment on the reasonableness of the appraisal. This will include variance analysis, comparison of operating history, comparison with underwriting and current trends etc.l. Participate actively in various technology and automation projects.m. Communicate with Onshore team regularly to manage their expectations and deliverablesEducation MBA / CA with good academic background, financial concentration.Experience 5 years post qualification experience coming from real estate, infrastructure or consulting firms.Skill sets Strong interest in real estate and high attention to detail. Good understanding of the Real Estate valuation concepts. Exposure to advanced MS office applications. Good excel skills (Formulae, Pivot table, Macros), Effective PowerPoint presentation skills. Proficient in Argus/Dyna. Exposure to financial modeling. Ability to interpret financial statements and reports . Trouble shooting capabilities in Excel, Argus and Dyna. Well developed written and quantitative analytic skills . Analytical bend of mind with a keen eye for detail. Problem solving skills, Strong partnership skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in client facing roles.
