We at MobileIron are looking for a HR Assistant to help us with HR, Admin, Payroll, Office and Facilities Mgmt.HR ManagementPeople Management - Coordinating for hiring, joining, relieving, retaining and exit formalities such as documentation, id cards, salary accounts, statutory & employer forms etc.Help in execution of HR processes and systems such as performance management, rewards and recognition, training and development etc.Benefits execution and administration Group Mediclaim, Group Life, Group PA, fitness, tuition and broadband reimbursements.Maintenance of Leave and Employee Records, Assist in Payroll Management employee and HR payroll inputs to Finance and liaise with external vendor on payroll processing, Employee Expense ManagementAssist in employee and labour related statutory compliance and liaise with labour bodies such as Shops & Establishment Act, Labour Welfare, Employment Exchange, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, Wages, and Contract Labour etc.Manage Employer PF / Gratuity / ESIC and other compliances portal along with other necessary activities & actions as and when requiredWork with external partners on Payroll, Compliance, Accounting, Legal, Recruitment etc. as and when requiredHelp in implementation and execution of various HR processes and policies such as leave, code of conduct, handbook etc. for employees as and when requiredHelp in recruitment through scheduling and logistics on a day to day basisArrange for any employee letters, assist in other employee activities such as transfers, relocation, travel etc. as and when requiredHelp in employee engagement, organizing and implementing employee activities, team and company eventsVisitor management - Planning itineraries of employees and other visitors who would be visiting India from time to time. Ensuring smooth travel, stay and visits for the visitors.ExperienceMinimum 8+ years of similar experience in managing HR processes, policies and systems. Working on employee engagement / activities and other related areasBachelor's degree preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of local language will be a plus
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
