Employee engagement /retentionDesign strategies and partner with the business to help employees achieve work life balance.Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives like People Committee, fun & charity, leadership offsite etcQUALIFICATIONS Degree in Human Resources with 10-12 years' HR Generalist experience, including a demonstrated ability to provide HR consultation to managers and employees on HR issues regarding employee relations, staffing, compensation, HR policies and performance managementAbility to manage multiple tasks while remaining proactive and flexible in styleAbility to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with clients and HR colleaguesAbility to deal effectively with all levels of staff and managementStrong consulting, influencing and negotiation skillsExcellent communication skillsDemonstrated ability to make sound decisions and be creative in developing alternative solutions in a fast paced environmentAbility to handle large amounts of confidential/sensitive information on a frequent basisStrong PC skills with hands-on experience in Excel, Word, Lotus Notes and knowledge of PowerPoint, Access, and PeopleSoftPartner with the business in Climate Surveys/ Employee Polls and contribute to analyze the results and drive initiatives based on the findings.Inculcate a culture of recognition and drive Rewards and Recognition.Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition.Communicate and implement HR policies and program in the LOB.Organise Focus Group discussions with employees across levels. Employee DevelopmentIn consultation with Training team and business managers identify development needs of leadership team and facilitate implementation of the same.Provide support to all training initiativesImplement continuous education framework.Facilitate employee mobility very closely by assessing opportunities available v/s talent pool.Support the Talent Assessment and facilitate Career Management Performance ManagementFacilitate Performance Management & Employee Development System (PMEDS)Develop a framework of Talent Assessment and facilitate Career ManagementSupport business managers in compensation planning / decision process.Work towards improving QUALITY of Performance Management (PMC) process by up-skilling/ raising awareness amongst employees and managers People Development and Stakeholder ManagementLead and guide a team of HR professionals to put together integrated People Agenda for their respective client.Coach the team members to provide well rounded strategic HR solutions to the business.Build strong long lasting relationship with all the stakeholders and partner with them to address People issues.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
