Support in creating and implementing the technical competency frameworkWork with learning SPOCs and managers to identify training needs and trends within the business to facilitate the local BU specific training requirementsCreate, coordinate, supervise, update, and schedule annual training plan for effective program managementMonitor and evolve the learning pathways to ensure the requirements are met by closely working with the TMO India businessMonitor and measure training effectiveness to ensure current programs are best responding to the needs of companyEnsure that the internal pool of trainers is continuously expanding and delivering effective learning programs by embedding the participants feedback for regular content upgradingDesign both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1-2-1 sessions, action learning & e-learning.Create in-house modules including e learning and facilitate itCreate the Skill Assessment for each process in the business aligned to the learning pathwaysEnsure that any issues of senior stakeholders (India and Onshore) are investigated and resolved promptly with all related parties.Conduct L&D connect activities with the TMO teams on a regular basisPlan and conduct TMO Orientation sessions for the new joiners as per the hiring forecastHandle the Banking Analyst Programme with minimum supervision for TMO India by working with the senior stakeholders, programme owner, new joiners and the current analyst populationManage the external learning partner relationships in order to deliver effective programs to the organization.Complete and monitor all obligations under the Banks Supervisory Policy including Mandatory Trainings as well as processes and procedures stipulated for effective people developmentEnsure that all roles are performed effectively, cross training is complete, root cause analysis is performed on recurring issues and stakeholders are satisfied with our serviceFocus on improving the efficiency of the team, and new and innovative ideas are generated to improve the day-to-day processSupport other aspects of people philosophy and contribute to relevant strategic initiatives of the L&D function in alignment to the global capability teamThe Requirements Total relevant experience of 6 8 years in HR/OD/L&D or the experience in managing and training peopleStrong business acumen and knowledge of Banking IndustryMBA/PGD or equivalent qualificationCertification in training & development from a reputed institute would be preferredWork experience with a Big 4 or HR consultancy would be preferredExperience in content creation and facilitationExperience in designing E - Learning modulesExperience of partnering with third parties/vendorsKnowledge of MS Excel (Advance) and Powerpoint presentationsA strong communicator, both verbal and writtenAn organised and a self starter individualHigh negotiation skills on rates and cost savings/avoidanceAble to build and leverage relationshipsAbility to produce results in an ambiguous atmosphere with strict timelinesHigh on team work and good coordination
