Job DescriptionJob Title Associate Manager Sales / Manager Sales / Senior Manager Sales - Equity SalesLocation Surat-AhmedabadJob ResponsibilitiesThe position reports to the Vice President / Branch Head.Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics, codes and ensures that they are implemented.To accomplish Account opening targets, set by the superiors.Accomplishing brokerage targets; C to C (Cost to Company).Accomplishing AUM (Asset under Management) targets. Analyzing & increasing the clients database and finding out the potential clients.Collection of Margins from the Clients.Identifying the non-trading accounts and push them for trading.Providing better services to the Clients and request them for references.Ability to influence prospective Clients and convert leads into Sales as well as convincing them to invest more.Acquiring more and more Clients with high net worth for getting increased revenues. Customer Perspective (Internal / External Responsiveness)Customer Relationship Management. Coordinating with the clients regarding his / her stock and fund withdrawal.Handling client queries either on phone or by visiting them personally.Innovation & Learning Perspective.Keeping upbeats with the current market trends along with the customer behavior and competitor analysis.Enhancing interpersonal, selling Skills, presentation skills, and personal ongoing development.Should undergo departmental induction training.Desired Candidate Profile Desired SkillsHas knowledge of information sources on target sectors and companies.An ability to work calmly and with accuracy under progressive work environment.An ability to meet difficult deadlines.
