Job Details

* Salary Process, Fund Manage and close process* Web related Admin Activity ( update News Letter mail ID, Carrier update)* After selection of right candidate, reference checking, checking the parity in the pay, issuing appointment letter only after completion of all relevant docs. Issuance of confirmation Letter on completion of 6 months after taking HODs approval.* Giving the necessary things like Stationery ,ID cards, Visiting cards, CUG ,Bank Account within 15 days after joining* Mail to IT department for unblock of site and Sitting arrangement, with phone & desktop* Gold Loan Branch visit for HR Audit* Company owned CUG audit & bill preparation* Maintain employee benefit administration such as leave records, ESI, medical and etc.* Attendance data maintenance from Bio-metric machine* Regular follow up with vendors/Co-ordinate with advocate* Corporate policy mailer to all employees.* Updation to HR SOFTWARE with all employee details* Updation of the HR policies* Implementation of New policies* Drafting mails/letters for requirements for any employee* Birthday mailers to employees* FTP docs upload* Printing of stationary items such register, marketing items, promotional items etc.* Dimension Attendance and Payroll System maintenance* To lead by example in all matters of discipline, respect to seniors, office timing, mail that every individual can learn corporate culture.* Special Project to improve employee morale and increase the sense of belongingness - Building Achievers as a preferred employer for attracting & retaining talents* Ensure adherence to training process for all employees regarding HR Manual, career growth & Internal career movement* Respect to Hierarchy and co-ordination with co-worker
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
