The SAP SuccessFactors Associate Manager manages configuration and customization of HCM & specifically SucessFactors systems, business processes & procedures to support the HCM applications platform that comprises SuccessFactors, SAP-HCM, SumTotal, Kronos & Concur. The candidate would be responsible toLead and deliver Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation Management & Recruitment Management projects according to standard SuccessFactors methodologyPartake in Scheduling and estimation of project tasks for the HCM teamDeliver demonstrations, Business Process Workshops, and Kickoffs to support business needsProvide consultation & expert technical advice to management, colleagues and staff regarding HR processes, systems and overhead estimatesCull out and record business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors.Design & configure SuccessFactors design for Employee Central, Applicant Tracking, Compensation, Performance, Recruitment and other modules in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook and SuccessFactors best practices including strong XML abilityCreate Business Blueprints, Process flows, functional specifications, test cases/scripts and other documentation to support entire SDLC, incl. design, build, testing and business acceptance.Design integrations specs with various internal & external HCM systemsTest & Quality Assurance of SF solution during Projects and EnhancementsDocumentation of the system configurations, integration design and componentsLead and partake in SF projects & rollouts conversion activitiesSF technical administration including users, RBPs, batch jobs etc.Set individual goals, deliverables, and milestones for self-owned work productsAdhere or exceed performance metrics for the team as per defined targetsPlan for self-development & career growth of with on-the-job and traditional learning opportunitiesProvide first and second line support for user issuesManage and communicate incident reporting for all HCM system related incidents using established IT processes; Resolution of defects in response to escalated support issuesDefine, implement and monitor IT standards and procedures.Manage SuccessFactors & SAP-HCM related IT change controls and Ensure adherence to IT Change Control best practices.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
