( MUST) 3 plus year of IT services selling experience. ( MUST) Good handle on CRM like Zoho is desired. Any other CRM understanding will help. Perfect understanding of data mining, collating and email campaigns ( MUST) Power-point presentations, building collaterals and case studies to strengthen the sales deck. An articulate and effective communicator and a leader in all aspects who will lead by example Quick thinker and organized. ( MUST) Hands on and independent. Able to work under least supervision. ( MUST) Excellent time manager, and a multi-tasker. ( MUST) Honest, transparent and focused approach. ( MUST).What you will doYour specific duties in this role will include Must have Good Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), the entire process and the company team structure involved in delivery. Must maintain Good Understanding of the global IT market, news about the leading IT companies, their product launches with features and the new trends in technology. Must attain Good Understanding of Perennial and its services it offers. Creation and maintenance of a pipeline of hot prospects. Planning and achieving quarterly and yearly targets in terms of number of leads generated. Leading from the front, in terms of out bound efforts to generate leads, and thereby motivate team members to follow suit. Maintaining reports, daily, and monthly to help management see clarity and provide constructive feedback. Innovation and ideation to create better processes for data building, email-campaigns and better and quicker deal closures. Working closely with the sales head and together design strategies to better the processes. Devising email campaigns and strategies to get better traction for the same. Consistently meeting and overachieving set targets. Working in a fashion that a good mix of small, medium and some large prospects is always maintained. Maintaining the CRM upto date for the management to see the progress and plan accordingly.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | BCA (Computer Application)

Experience: 3-8
