The Associate will Be responsible for review and redlining of low to mid complexity contracts Be responsible for contract analysis and abstraction, summarization and compliance reviews Assist client requestors in creating transaction documents supporting large deals Ensure high quality levels in deliverables by diligently following provided SOPs and other process documentation Proactively report queries in processing and participate in finding resolutions through discussions with other team members and the client Work with the team to ensure timeliness of service delivery and overall client satisfaction Meet all service levels and internal effectiveness and efficiency metrics The Sr. Associate will Review mid to high complexity contracts Support client RFx processes by analyzing commercial documentation and creating compliance and issue lists Support client with their ad-hoc queries relating to managed contracts Ensure high quality levels in process delivery by quality checking deliverables Support the manager in implementing and sustaining processes for efficiency and effectiveness Implementing training programs to ensure team readiness for delivery Track errors types to maintain team member performance records and make recommendations for remedial training Be directly responsible for performance of the delivery teams members allocated to her/himOur ideal candidate for Associate/ Sr. Associate 2 - 5 years operational experience in processing / handlingContract review and redlining processes, including third party contract reviewOngoing contract management processes, including contracts database / repository management and compliance reviewsRFx support including review of documentation from commercial and compliance perspectiveOf that, a minimum of 2 years of experience in (for Sr. Associate)working in a quality control role in teams of s larger than 10 resourcestracking compliance with quality SLAs for the projectimplementing training plans and manuals, process maps and SOPsExperience in client management of US and UK based clients, including the ability to manage escalations relating to submitted work Knowledge of quality management systems and industry best practices on implementation Some experience in compliance reviews and supporting RFx processes Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Hands-on experience in processing and quality checking contracts of all complexity (NDAs, consulting agreements, IP agreements, sale-side and procurement-side contracts, master services agreements, lease agreements, licensing contracts, etc.), including third party contract reviews Some experience in negotiating directly with counter-party for low to mid-level contracts Experience in processing and quality checking complex data abstraction and obligations management processes involving complex contracts
Degree: ML/ LLM (Law)
