General administration Office Management Day to day office activities to support all sections of Employees & Utilities like water, power, stationery, pantry etc in coordination with IFM team.Hospitality Management Visitors Management, including providing Security and other arrangements for the visitors, including international and Senior Visitors. One stop shop for visitor management. Identification of vendors under SE Scope and maintaining vendor database & Local Purchase as per NPP guidelines.General coordination within the other offices and IFM team.I prco, SRM and Management.Bill verification, GRN creation and Timely payment of Rent, Electricity, telephone bills and others SE Scope activatesSupport all HR initiatives Cool Site, Wellbeing, L & D, New joinee process and othersSupporting IMF SPOC in day today IFM activities.Establishment Liaisioning with different bodies like Local authorities, Police & other agencies etcStatutory compliance Cafeteria, Sub vendors and transportProperty upkeep, repairs etc under SE Scope.Work with RE team for Renewal of office agreements and support. Office Office Layouts, routine and special maintenance.Company furniture & Fixtures Upkeep.Support RE team in setting up of Infrastructure. Travel Travel & Hotel / Guest House Management Travel Movements of all Employees at all Levels. Hotel and guest house management.Event Management Managing outdoor and indoor events like company function, etcInternational travel support.Organizing meeting and conferences.Supporting for On-call Transport & other modes of transport. Management.Insurance Insurance Management; Logistic support and working on claims of EmployeesEmployee medical health checkup and support Others Arranging for relocation of employees which includes school admission, transportation and taking care of their requirementsFinancial reporting on all expenses related to Administration under SE Scope. Controlling and Regulating costs. Effective cost- managementPetty cash Management.Managing Budgets & Admin Expenses Qualifications5+ yrs experience in Administration & facilities management.Qualification Bachelors Degree in any field.
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA
