Area of work Liasioning and Government sales Department of Agriculture, Rural development, PWD, Transportation, Ministry of New and Renewable energyProfile Operational Requirements 1.Self Laptop 2.Self Two Wheeler Bike3.Self Android Mobile Phone Reporting Method -Should adhere the mobile application process.-Should adhere to the Beat plan and ensure proper adherence on daily reporting system. -Must required to be punctual regarding timings and adhere the strict compliance on work hours.Desired Skill 1.Should have good interpersonal skills and can maintain the relationship with Government officials2.Should be strong in taking followups with appropriate patience level 3.Should be a good learner on acquiring knowledge and understanding of Government tenders business.4.Candidate should be self driven & disciplinedJob Responsibilities 1.Must be Efficient in Government Tendering Business & Maintain all the process related to that means specking to submission of BID2.Should get proficient in tender works.3.Candidate should have exposure of selling Solar pumps to the government sector. 4.The candidate needs to have a solutions oriented approach with excellent relationship management skills, successfully and consistently delivering the responsibilities of Revenue Generation, Profitability, Market Share expansion and5.Daily Visits to Government office for enquiry, documentation, liazoning, Follow ups, process execution, approvals and lead generation activity.6.Work to be carried out as per the instructions given by reporting manager and prompt reporting and progress development information to all necessary channels 7.Sales cycle from Lead Generation, Specification Building, Tender Participation, Supervising, Execution and Collections whereas quite engaged into Area Mapping & Account Segregation, Cold Calling, Opportunity Scanning and Prioritization of Project, Need Assessment, Presentation and Demonstration, Analysing & participating in Negotiation to close the deal and generate the revenue or make the entire tender documentation and follow the tender procedures.8.Should have In depth Knowledge of execution processed for Government organization ( Ministries & Department of State & Central Government, PSUs)9.Strongly engaged with Government Business Partners to establish strong business circles & covering the entire territory for all government departments and PSUs.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
