Area of ResponsibilityDealer ManagementManaging dealers in a respective Area / State. Adherence of SMIPL norms by dealers. Maintain C.I, required systems, infrastructure, manpower. Necessary working capital availability. Customer satisfaction.Sales & CollectionsResponsible for Wholesale and Retailsale. Collection of payment from dealer. Undertake Field activities with dealer sale person. Guide and plan field activities with dealer.Target Achievement, Market Share, PenetrationAchievement of product wise targets, maitain SMIPL market share, enhance penetration through appointment of secondary netowrk.Sales PromotionsUndertake necessary sales promotion activities as per SMIPL guidelines and policy to achieve desired retails and expansion of SMIPL customer base and establishing SMIPL brand.Training , Systems, MISKnowledge of Training - dealer staff, Knowledge of DMS, Managing MIS etcKey CompetenceHandling Dealers ( 2w / 4w / CV ),Network expansion ( Primary / secondary ), Target oriented, Knowledge and experience in Auto OEM industry.In addition to this - for A.M ( People management experience is required ).Knowledge & SkillTechnical SkillIndustry knowledge.Market & customer understanding.Leadership quality & skill set.Behavioral SkillPositive attitudePRO ActiveLEADER / MOTIVATORFlexible
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
