Job DescriptionEnd to end recruitment. Induction & On boarding of the New RecruitsManpower planning in coordination with the operations teamCoordinate with the manpower vendors for the recruitment of on roll and Off Roll StaffImplementation of Performance ManagementTalent Development Training & DevelopmentAlign HR functions- policies and practices with business needs. Handle HR Operations for the Hyderabad organizationPersonnel file managementHandle exit formalities and exit interviewsManage and monitor the attendance recording systemAccountable for payroll inputs for all on-roll employees of Hyderabad regionCoordinate for timely closure of Compliance issues and obtaining licenses Establishing formal as well as informal internal communication channels to bring transparency in industrial relation systemFollowing sustainable IR policies which are in long-term interest of the organisationHandling trade unionsCounseling / grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and facilitating employee satisfaction and IR survey, and community development initiativesInteracting with employees on a regular basis to motivate and boost their morale; attending to employee grievances and resolving interpersonal conflicts through coaching and counseling sessionsOrganizing employee welfare activities to boost the morale of the employeesEnsuring that labour deployed are provided with all the basic amenities for healthy along with congenial work environmentRepresenting before the statutory authority in conciliation on behalf of the company for various approvals, clearances, negotiations and settlementsCoordinating with various departments / branch Head for long term and short term manpower requirements at the unitAbility to manage contract labour.Liaise with the Labour related Govt. offices.Ability to manage different stakeholders - Departmental heads, Corporate Team, Vendors etc.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
