Job Details

Drafting and vetting of LOI, MOU, Lease/License Agreements, CAM/Maintenance Agreements, Addendums/Supplementary Deed, Legal Notices & replies, Termination Notice, Letters and other ancillary legal documents etc.?Negotiation with the various Land Lords/Builders, Parties for settling legal terms through concalls, meetings, e-mails and finalization of the Contracts. ?Handle execution and registration of Lease Deed at the concerned Sub Registrar Offices in Delhi/NCR & other Northern States.?Examine due diligence papers of the properties/statutory documents of the Commercial Projects, preparing report for submission to the Management. ?Renewal of the Lease Deed, which includes drafting, vetting of the Lease Deed and its registration at the concerned Sub Registrar?s office.?Facilitate Tripartite Agr, NOC?s and Indemnity Bond for the purpose of Lease Rent Discounting/Loan for the Land Lords/Builders. ?Maintain inventory of all Contracts and ensure safe custody of all the original contracts.?Handle correspondence with the Land Lords/Builders. ?Process Deposit Requisition for timely payment of Security Deposit to the Land Lords/Builders. Coordinating with internal departments at zonal office and Head Office for various matters.?Conduct legal research work and provide legal opinion on various property related matters, whenever any complicacy arises. Following are basic requirement for Job Performance?In-depth understanding of drafting agreements like Lease, License etc.?Knowledge of Statutory/Regulatory Compliance Management.?Knowledge of lease administration procedure.?Essential knowledge and understanding of Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, Stamp Act and other acts / regulations related to leasing.
