a. This position is ideally suited for those having 3-10 years of post-MBA work experience. Alternatively it can be someone with 7-10 years post Engineeringb. Experience in a line function in verticals like Manufacturing, Banking, Consumer Products, Retail etc coupled with a stint in an IT Services firm ( in Delivery/ Presales / Account Management / Corporate Marketing-Field Marketing and Sales) and exposure/good knowledge of propositioning and or delivering IT Services to specific verticals or geographies is mandatoryc. Understand the plethora of IT Services - Enterprise Application Services, Application Development-Maintenance Services, Infrastructure Management Services, SMAC services, Cloud Services, Vertical specific services etcd. Knowledge of Account Mining/Farming and/or Hunting strategies and executionJob Descriptione. Job would involve working on any/all aspects of the GTM - Determining or deriving positioning and working on best possible alternatives, Take Services portfolio's to different markets ( leveraging Marketing/Demand Generation/Lead Generation/Content), ensure that the portfolio gets the needed traction, grow the portfolio, understand competitive trends and emerging opportunities ( in specific regions or Globally), Business Planning, Thought Leadership , Success driven business development etcf. Role would be Business Critical and involve extensive interaction with stakeholders across the company. Taking ownership and driving towards business outcomes would be the expectationg. It may involve leading focused teams and working together with a wide variety of Internal and External Stakeholdersh. Understand the business nuances and operations of Global Markets including Asia, Europe, India, Middle East, Americas among others. Formal knowledge of Business Strategy formulation and/or execution would be goodi. Working with various stakeholders drive and deliver on aggressive Top Line Growth for the Service Lines/Geographies and YASH overall.Criteria/Eligibilitya.
