JOB DESCRIPTIONEnsuring timely initiation and proper compliance of statutory requirementsunder various labour laws.Ensuring disbursement of statutory minimum wages, and review of skill grades and wage rates if warranted.Obtaining/generating and maintaining the requisite statutory records relating toattendance, earnings of all workmen at the branches.Arranging, maintaining and rendering medical first aid to the employees, as and when need arises.Implementing all rules, procedures, directives etc. applicable under various statutes including those prescribed by the Management.Installing and operating the internal systems of the company in relation to attendance recording, wages records, statutory deductions andany other specified matters.Reporting the employees strength, attendance, PF Coverage, IR & WC cases, Black listed workmen, cost information of labour wages and relatedexpenses to MANAGEMENT.Liaisoning with labour department, job related government officials, the workmen, sub-contractors and special agencies to maintain good industrialrelations and to ensure full statutory compliances.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM | ML/ LLM (Law)

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
