Roles and Responsibility Responsible for TalentAcquisition and ensuring quality of hires into the Business Units. Ensuring all open roles and candidate activity is captured in the applicant tracking system in a timely and accurate manner. Supporting recruitment across all Level. Working as part of the Talent Acquisition Team. Providing market knowledge and expertise of talent acquisition process and strategies. Taking the lead on the recruitment life cycle of delegated roles by working to shortlist and pre-screen suitable candidates. Responsibility for maintaining accurate and timely data in AGRS on a real time basis. Optimising job postings and screening questions for marketability for both internal and external positions Preparing candidates for interviews with the Line Manager. Implementing & Administering HR programs and initiatives for employees in areas such as on-boarding, compensation &benefits, performance management, employee engagement, training, career development planning and retention (hire to retire). Grievance handling of assigned business unit, employee relations. Responsible to ensure that Targets/Key Result Areas and Personal Development Targets are set for all positions and confirmations/ performance appraisals are done periodically. Responsible for timely setting of KPI's and KBA's and review as per the PMS guidelines. Responsible for Payroll updates and co-ordination with Accounts department. Responsible for maintaining all the necessary HR processes and documentation for Insurance Process. Will perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
