Skills And Competencies -Strong relationship building skills, and able to navigate and effectively manage his/her activities successfully in a organization-Excellent business and commercial sharpness ability-Deep sales process domain experience and ability to influence without authority-Strong problem solving and hands-on analytical skills-Willing to learn and flexible to changes-Aptitude and ability to grasp-Team player.Responsibilities -Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission.-Develop better management reporting, information flow towards business process and organizational planning-To play a significant role in long-term planning, toward operational excellence in relation with sales-Supervise and coach office staff on a weekly basis-Listening to and understanding the customer's requirements/technical problems-Solving technical problems-Handle sales calls competently-Responsible to manage outbound sales activities-To develop the sales strategy including offers, scripting, campaign timing process changes, etc.-Manage multiple sales campaigns ensuring programs are monitored delivered in a timely manner.-Supervises AMs/Teams Leaders/Supervisors/Agents to achieve and exceed sales objectives-Creates an assertive sales culture and environment.-Sets and monitors Team metrics and goals-Works with Client to analyze sales training opportunities as well as, design, develop and deliver associate sales training-Participates in regular call monitoring for quality purposes and understanding of current business conditions and take timely corrective actions based on understand of Data analysis.-Develop, train and implement operational and sales tools for Team Leaders to utilize in day to day management of their teams-Develop and implement sales activities to maximize performance
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
