4 - 6 yrsAvaya Blue Contact Center Certified*evolve regular innovative business model to support customers at various stages with optimisation of resources and transformation of skills based on situational business requirement* Installation and Implementation and L2 level troubleshooting on Avaya Blue Contact Center , Nortel, PBX, Gateways.*Overall responsibility of service operation including implimentation and on going support in budgeted service price Complete track record of all customer issues * respective solutions and design Service Improvement plans based on customers requirement *Increased customer satisfaction due to regular updates onITIL awareness, service management awareness, managing large pool of resources with motivational and team building exersiseDegree in business, or science (or other relevant area).
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
