Key ResponsibilitiesProductivity Achieve volume, value and profitability targets from corporate accounts Achieve volume, value and profitability targets from key accounts being managed directly Meet account management benchmarks (level of information, number of visits etc.) Team Management Prepare periodic sales plan (monthly, quarterly and annually) for the corporate vertical and set volume and value targets for each team member Monitor progress of each team member Guide Senior Key Account Managers in corporate team and help them achieve targets from their accounts Appraise the team members as per company policy Ensure timely inputs from team members for MISSales Conduct sales pitches or presentations to key corporate and influencer accounts Support Senior Key Account Managers in corporate team in senior level meetings Organize appropriate marketing activities to help gain visibility and relationships in the corporate sector Understand the customer requirements and suggest the most suitable product depending on the project Negotiate commercial terms and win orders Relationship Management Manage very high value corporate accounts and key influencer accounts associated with them Identify the key people within corporate accounts who influence glass purchase and build strong relationships with them Identify the key external influencers accounts which are associated with key corporate accounts Identify the key people within key external influencer accounts who influence Assessments and build strong relationships with themMarket Intelligence Keep track of key corporate accounts and their projects Identify new potential key accounts Keep track of the industry trends and competition Customer Satisfaction Coordinate with internal departments to service customers as per their expectations Seek customer feedback and facilitate redressal of any complaints/ issues Ensure overall customer satisfaction
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce)

Experience: 15-20
