The incumbent will be responsible for supporng the various func ons across business for Business Transformaon & Six Sigma Analy cs. Will be leading the Service Excellence team while working closely with Internal and external stakeholders. The key engagements comprise of the following at a very high level 1. Business /Process Excellence 1.1. Drive cross functional business transformation and reengineering initiatives 1.2. Identify opportunities for improvement through waste elimination and consistency analysis 1.3. Cost optimization & process improvement 1.4. Resource Eyiciency & Planning through CBA analysis 1.5. Support project initiatives, including identifying and analyzing preliminary business needs 2. Strategic Management 2.1. Improving customer experience 2.2. Create and Analyze Process Strategies for sustenance 2.3. Conduct Six Sigma trainings and execute Green Belt/Black belt projects 2.4. Value Stream mapping / analysis across businesses 2.5. Balance Scorecard approach for measuring operational health of the businessSix Sigma / DMAIC / VSM / BPM / BPR Proficiency in Advance Excel/Minitab Project Management Experience and skills, PMP preferred Capacity Planning, Forecasting, Cost Benefit Analysis Understanding of Banking/Insurance domain required Candidate Profile 1. Must have 3 to 5 years of experience working on business/process reengineering initiatives in the capacity of a Black Belt. 2. Experience in process variability reduction (DMAIC) and Lean principles desirable 3. Proven capability on data analytics and interpretation 4. Capability to drive process transforma on and reengineering inia ves 5. Must have in-depth knowledge of Business Process /Value Stream Mapping & Analysis 6. Prior experience of managing complex re-engineering projects, providing project leadership through full project lifecycle 7. Should have understanding about Capacity Planning, Forecasting Techniques, Cost Benefit Analysis, etc 8. Demonstrated experience with project management tools, including preparation and maintenance of project plans, resource coordination, and identification of constrains/risks etc. 9. Should be able to provide direction to Frontline Supervisors and have exceptional people management skills. 10. Candidate with experience in the US mortgage industry will be preferred however open for candidates from BPO/ ITes/Financial services/Credit Card Business.
