Key Job ResponsibilitiesROLE OBJECTIVE To improve the awareness of Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions and create favorable influence with brand designers, brand owners and marcom professionals & work on building product specifications with targeted end users with ensuring meeting monthly sales targets.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Complete Ownership of Specification Pool target for BFSI segment for South India region based out of Bangalore. Independently managing the Graphics BFSI P&L for south India region.Ensure share growth/ retention of the ongoing end user projects as well as work closely with Printers / Converters for account share gain. Articulate value proposition and competitive edge with end user value chain. Qualify, prioritize and convert the share gain opportunities.Identify customer s unmet needs; develop solution in conjunction with converters, technical service and product management.Closely work with the sales team to ensure all opportunities closed with end users are converted to real business with converters. Engage with influencers like design agencies to ensure we influence material related decisions early in the life of end users communication programs.Continuously scan the eco system to keep abreast of emerging trends, competitive moves and alternate technologies. Strengthen the Avery Dennison brand with external stake holders by working closely with internal marcom.End to end execution & Forecasting of graphic BFSI businessKey CompetenciesKnowledge and Personality Traits Knowledge of Graphics industry ( optional)Ability to understand buyer behavior and decision making process. Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively present complex topics in a concise manner.Perseverance, Follow up skills a must Analytical - Critical thinking skills and ability to constructively resolve conflictsBroad understanding of business issues, metrics, organizational linkages, and customer value Self-starter a must have criterion for managing the fast pace of workPosition Requirements EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUNDMBA Degree in Packaging (preferred) / Engineering DegreeEXPERIENCEMinimum 5 to 7 years of experience in specification management / Key account management role & should be able to manage & drive team Experience in Graphics / ink / LED Lighting industry / packaging industry with a bent of mind of business development preferred.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
