Job description- Business Development Managerworks to generate new business for a company. They are experienced sales professionals who use their skills and experience to the best advantage of the company. These executives are good at handling multiple clients and have very good customer relations skills. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects schools and evaluating their position in the area to implement our school solutions products.Promote implementation of school products of our company by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects schools in the assigned area Maintains relationships with schools by providing support, information, and guidance for different school product with our company.Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information from the schools Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standardsMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Identifying new leads Promoting productsPerforming follow up duties Managing clientsAttending meetings, training sessions and seminars Providing feedback to managersResearching market trends Required Candidate- Product Sales experience of 3-8 years experience inEducation sectorpreferred Minimum Qualification- Any Degree/MBA in Marketing is preferredExperience in performing the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies Experience in Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Meets commitments.
