Engage, coordinate within the Bid Team (Sales, practices, COEs, Delivery, pre-sales etc.) to help produce deliverables according to clients expectations, within time critical schedules.Act as the initial escalation point for Bid-team issues. Formal progress / status reports published to Bid Team & Leadership team.Interface with other Proposal Support roles (i.e., Technical / Domain Specialists, Proposal Writers, and Practices) and other internal sources to help build / populate the proposal documents.Prepare approach papers on specific problem statementResponsible for leading the response to Techno Commercial Proposals (RFPs).Create Whitepaper/Brochures with help from Practice leaders, consulting teams.Involved in customer assessments, portfolio analysis of technology landscape, defining problem statements.Build POC through help of technology, domain, process SMEs.Do intensive customer research; create Info Pack for help of sales teams.Account planning with help of Sales, account teams, External Partner Mgmt. / Onboarding.Create Continuous Improvement framework for the team.Reporting to stakeholders, account & sales teams.Account/Client Analytics (Forecasting, Billing)Program management of Client Visits.Contract Mgmt. - SOW / MSA creation, negotiation and delivery.Manage a team of resources inclusive of managers, associates.Take the time to understand how things are working out for them and the challenges they face.Drive change management, process improvement initiatives.Primary MeasurementsEffective proposal response involving all stakeholders and support teams.Internal and external stakeholder Satisfaction High to Extremely HighMust Have12 + years of IT industry experience.Recent 5 years Bid-Management role with strong RFP / RFI experience is a must.Experience in European geography and understanding cultural aspects is a must.Excellent communication & multi-stakeholder coordination skills is a mustAbility to work under demanding situations ambiguous situations will be extremely useful.
