Required 1. He must be adept in pre-sales and understand the KPO/LPO market in the Western countries and also how it works in India2. Must have worked in pre-sales of KPO products for at least 2 to 3 years in his capacity as a pre-sales team member in a reputed organization3. Must have exceptional oral and written capabilities in English4. Must be adept in creating power point presentations and also must be conversant with the other features of MS office5. Must be willing to travel within the country as well as abroad on short notice6. Must be willing to work in late night shifts to keep pace with the field sales force in US.7. Must have the tenacity to pursue deals with sales team abroad 8. Must be confident about talking to and presenting propositions to foreign clients 9. It is imperative that the candidate be a self-starter and have a go-getting attitude 10. It is important that he be willing to walk that extra mile to get things done and must be able to work under pressure. Note Must have experience in RFI, RFP, RFQ, proposals and client profiling and must also have experience about pipeline tracking and shaping deals.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
