The Key Skills points which we are looking for BMC Remedy Admin and Development experience Admin and Customization exposure of BMC Remedy ITSM modules Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Configuration/CMDB, Knowledge & SLM Installation and up-gradation skills on ADDM servers, Configure Application settings, Running Discovery, Application Modeling & Generating existing reports in ADDM
Degree: ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 2-3
