Receive the customer promptlyAssist the customer to fill the claim formAsk about the accident politely and understand the damageOpen the manual Job Card in the presence of customer and note down all the customer details and inventory etc.Inform to the customer about survey and approval procedure, supplementary estimate and money to be paid by customerOpen the RO Make a detailed estimation including all items of repair.Mention the painting labour , denting labour and removal and fitment labour as per OEM standardEnsure a god rapport with all insurance surveyors and employeesTake the approval for all repair work item by item as per the Estimate. Explain the estimate and convince the surveyor to ensure approval for all repair workInform to the floor in charge immediately with work order after the approvalRegularly keep a track of your vehicle in the bodyshop and advise the JCRegularly update the customer about the progress of his vehicle and any change in the estimate and parts issue, if any.After repair work is complete (after fitting), take final approval from surveyor or inform to the surveyor as required and get the vehicle invoiced.Keep the vehicle fully ready for delivery as per the schedule fixed with customerExplain all the repair work and bill to the customer.Please check with Customer Relationship Management about the PSF about your vehiclesAssist the CRM for prompt resolution of the complaint, if any.
