Upkeep of the Branch and ATM Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Management of the branch Tracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movement of thebranch Liability generation & New Business development (CASA acquisition) Cross Sell of various Third party products and Asset products Maintaining & deepening relationship with HNI customers Ensure Branch headcount budget are on-board Adherence of YES Values driven via Yes Personality standards & Workcommitment Effective Team Management and building Team Spirit Learning & skill development of the team Ensure Role clarity to employees in the branch and manage attrition Ensure that the BEST template is fully updated Ensure that BELT is conducted on timely basis Comply with Bank s policies and processes Conduct customer engagement programs and marketing events. Drive Employee Engagement activities in the branch Thorough knowledge of daily banking operations and products andservices Timely communication of relevant information to the Branch employeesfor the smooth functioning of the Branch Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriatesolutions to address the concerns Ensure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutoryrequirements as relevant for the branch and for various product andservices Awareness of ISO 90012000 standards & meet/exceed set qualityparameters conforming to the standards Ensure safety and security of Bank and customer's assets Ensure Audit related deliverables both internal and external are met asper the prescribed norms Ensure timely submission of MIS reports 100% allocation of Service RM codes and quarterly review. Training of KYC/AML on a monthly basis. Proper implementation of CRM by the Sales, Relationship & BSDdepartments and to be reviewed at every interval. Key SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skills Fully conversant with MS Office Excellent networking & interpersonal skills Strong Decision making ability Ability to manage complex client situations Sensitive to issues of confidentially and compliance Strong sense of accountability and self-initiative Good Market knowledge of Retail Banking or Consumer Banking or Branch Banking Good knowledge of regulatory guidelines
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
