Job Description? Motivate, monitor and supervise sales team to improve the performance of the region.? Handle key accounts and monitor their performance on a regular basis.? Ensure proper communication with other line managers of various departments to ensure seamless integration of work. (From sales prospective)? Effective monitoring & achievement of targets.? Establish and maintain local client relationships that can be used to maximize local and national revenue.? Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.? Calculate the profitability of each agency in terms of investment vis-?-vis segments generated.? Competitor analyses & MIS reports.? Meeting on a regular basis/as required in order to keep track of the overall and individual progress in the territory.? Maintain high level of integrity, business ethics and sound judgment while performing the management activities.Requirement? Graduate with 8yrs+ relevant experience.? GDS knowledge preferred? Conversant with travel technology - from Airline/Travel/Hotel domain? Excellent Communication and inter personal skills.? Sound computer knowledge and good in number crunching/analysis.? MIS knowledge required.? Must have the ability to handle various stations and maintain a smooth coordination.? Good experience and relations in the travel industry would be preferable.? Relevant experience preferred? Expert in MS Excel
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
