Job responsibility of Branch Manager (Autospares Division)To lead and motivate team for achievement of sales target set by different Principal companies and Head Office.To ensure stock levels are maintained within the norms prescribed by HOTo ensure periodic stock taking to check difference in physical stock against stock in books.Ensure that the parts warehouse is maintained in orderly manner with proper labeling and storage techniques.To ensure safety of stocks through proper control so that there are no pilferages etc.To ensure outstandings are maintained within the norms prescribed by HO and that dealer credit limits stipulated by HO are not exceeded.Dealers not making timely payments are not to be billed further unless exclusive approval is taken from HO.To routinely visit local and outstation markets in order to develop new markets and maintain excellent relationship with existing dealers.To ensure that there are no outstanding claims of dealers existing for more than 3 months. These claims include incentive claim, Warranty claims, other claims etc.To ensure monthly MIS is submitted to HO timely with complete details.To maintain strict control of expenses based on previous year actuals.To ensure maximum payment by cheque only and to minimize cash expenses.To ensure accounts are regularly updated like daily cash expenses, billing, purchases etc.Monthly reconciliation with HO , principal companies and bank etc. must be implemented through accounts.To immediately escalate any items outside the ordinary to HO.To maintain discipline in branch regarding attendance, leave, cleanliness etc.To maintain cordial relationship with representative of Principal companies and to assist them to meet our mutual goals.To ensure preparation of quarterly profit loss accounts and balance sheet and timely submission to HO.Sales Policy adherence.Order on Principals.GP tracking.
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
