We currently have opening for the post of BRANCH MANAGER & CREDIT MANAGER for a leading NBFC.POST & REQUIREMENTS For BRANCH MANAGER Must have 3-7 years of experience in any NBFC domain, BFSI handling LAP, Mortgage Loans, SGHFL, DSA Handling, Business Loans.(Sales) Must have handled team No insurance related experience profile(Candidate having experience only in Housing loans, Mortgage loans, Group Loans need to apply). For CREDIT MANAGER Must have 3-7 years of experience in any NBFC domain, BFSI handling LAP, Mortgage Loans, SGHFL, DSA Handling, Business Loans in Credit (Underwriting, Recommendations, Appraiser, Officer)(Candidate having experience only in Housing loans, Mortgage loans, Group Loans need to apply).QUALIFICATION Any Degree (MUST) CTC in detail"For BM 3.6 LPA to 5 LPA (Depends on the location) plus Rs.3000 Conveyance allowance and Variable incentives (Branch wise) For CM 3.6 LPA to 5 LPA (Depends on the location) plus Rs.3000 Conveyance allowance and Variable incentives (Disbursement)Job Profile for BM Leading/managing the team members/customer relationship officers to achieve the target business numbers.To maintain good relationship with Vistaar Channel Partners and have good database from these partners to source leads from them. Result oriented approach and coordination among different team such as credit, operations, IT, legal, risk etc. in order to achieve the business.Generation of business through CROs and VCOs by extending all types of support and regular follow ups and monitoring. Strengthening both direct sourcing and alternate channels such as VCPs in order to achieve the business target.Taking ownership of the branch and its activities including marketing and branding related. Updating/training the CROs about changes in the product features or any changes in the procedure on regular interval. To be a part of hiring process of capable and dedicated CROs along with the higher officials in order to strengthen the human resource position of the company and thereby ensuring continuous business cycle. Execution of task with complete integrity and transparencyJob Profile for CREDIT MANAGER To help manage the branch with help of Branch ManagerEnforcement and adherence of the company credit process and policy in the Branches for Secured Loans, Approval of Secured Loans Review of portfolio with respect to delinquency/losses/fraud of the portfolio with branch managerHand holding of branches in initial stages for better understanding ofprocesses including customer assessment, cash flow, CPV etc Interacting with Branch Managers and Cluster Business Manager from risk and loss control perspective.If Interested kindly forward your resume mentioning the post applied & current CTC.
