1. Responsible for sale and service of all the Spares businesses of the entire state.2. Responsible to achieve assigned targets of the assigned state. 3. Responsible for all strategic planning (objective based)a) Long Termb) Short Term and implementation as well in order to achieve the assigned target of the state.4. Monitoring and mentoring of the entire team members down the line. Maintaining harmony & Team sprit among team members. Responsible for the accountability and productivity of each and every team member.5. Data base periodic review (Target V/s achievement) and maintaining records of the same. 6. Collecting information regarding opportunities for sales such as a constructive activity.7. To be work as visionary to expand network while understanding GAP analysis and strengthening the existing network.8. Introduction of new developed products successfully among the entire assigned state.9. Responsible to launch the company's promotional scheme in respect of products as well as sales to all concerned.10. Collecting information about competitor's Product, sales & promotion schemes, etc.11. Timely sending all monthly reports as per provide formats (self as well as of the entire state team).12. Responsible for the smooth day to day operation.13. Efficiently participate in any promotion activity of territory assigned as per company norms. 14. Co-ordination with Regional Manager and implementation of Objective/Goal in line with the vision of the company.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
