Ensure Mondelez is visible and well represented in customer outlets Alignment to Mondelez systems and processes Identifying & Driving strategic market priorities and developmental projects in the region Managing teams, maintain motivation and contribute to building people capability Building and maintaining effective customer relationships Aggression to spot and leverage opportunities, and counter challenges Ability to influence internal and external stake-holders Sensitivity to situations/ people issues Strong People Leadership capability Forward Thinking to craft an effective plan for growth of the territory in the short andShould ideally have geographical knowledge about NESA Should ideally have worked in East geographies in the capacity of SE/ASMShould have knowledge of Urban and Rural preferably as 40% of the business turnover is RuralShould have 7-8 Years of sales experience
