Dear Candidate,Designation Branch Sales Manager Unit Manager/Agency Manager/Sr.Agency Manager -Life insuranceProfile Responsible for Recruiting, Developing, Managing & Retaining Agents.Role Screening, Appointing and Inducting Agents for the channel & Launch, Manage, Develop and Mentor Agents by regular feedback.Drive Agents towards Activation, Milestones and different R&R. Work closely with Area Manager in streamlining the Agents to office processes.Criteria Graduation is a must.Should have 1 to 8 years of work experience in sales, preferably into sectors like insurance, banking, broking, financial product selling etc. CTC offered between1.80 lacs to 6 lacs pa(hike will be given on Current CTC).
