1.Manage a team of Customer Acquisition Managers.2.Ensuring all customers are on-boarded & managed in line with the policies of the bank.3.Lead BTL activities across the branch catchment to promote the business & brand.4.Manage employee engagement, training & development.5.Responsible for adherance to KYC norms, audit guidelines.6.Responsible for Sales Hygiene, Customer response times & quality of interactions.7.Responsible to achieve the targets taken up by the branch on CASA/ TD and Cross sell products.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
