Responsibilitiesa) Respond to elevated customer service complaintsb) Prepare presentations, financial projections, and competitive analysisc) Identify, develop and negotiate business development relationships to grow revenued) Generate and achieve monthly and quarterly forecastse) On-going development of a sales team including hiring, training, and mentoringPeople managementf) Manage a team of 4-6 employeesSales Operationsg) Oversee collections and ageing and take necessary actionh) Plan and implement local sales promotion activities within budget, ensure region complianceBusiness Developmenti) Leverage existing relationships; negotiate with prospective partner in order to enhance market penetration and revenues.j) Identify new and prospective customers, initiate and develop alternative sources of content to increase business. Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
