a) Sales of internet product(Shine.com) to enterprise & mid-market segment across the geographical territoryb) Respond to elevated customer service complaintsc) Prepare presentations, financial projections, and competitive analysisd) Identify, develop and negotiate business development relationships to grow revenuee) Generate and achieve monthly and quarterly forecastsf) On-going development of a sales team including hiring, training, and mentoringPeople managementg) Manage a team of 7 - 12 employeesSales Operationsh) Oversee collections and ageing and take necessary actioni) Plan and implement local sales promotion activities within budget, ensure region complianceBusiness Developmentj) Leverage existing relationships, negotiate with prospective partner in order to enhance market penetration and revenues.k) Identify new and prospective customers, initiate and develop alternative sources of content to increase business.Desired Candidate ProfileFull time MBA from Premier B School7- 9 year + in the sales function in Hospitality/Internet/Banking/Advertising/IT/Telecom, with at least 6 years in managing teams.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
