Responsible to promote the Ujjivan Brand, ensuring consistent brand expression through all consumer and cultural touch points, both external and internal. Build the Ujjivan Brand Equity, Saliency and demand for the existing MFI portfolio and emerging SFB product categories. Utilize Strategic Brand Management and Tenets which leverage cutting edge marketing to guide Ujjivan's Advertising & Promotions planning frameworkEstablish brand performance specifications, A & P budgets, market planning and sales estimatesMeasure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Work closely with the Head of Marketing (HOM) to develop & manage Ujjivan's annual advertising budgets and plans. Develop the annual Marketing calendar. Ensure brand performance, Market Planning, Targeted Brand Satisfaction scores and Indices.Creating and executing successful consumer advertising plans that are creative, engaging, testable, and highly analytical, for both new product launches and existing products and servicesDesign & develop the ATL & BTL frameworks encompassing all mass media elements -Print, Outdoors, Visual Merchandising, Direct Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Events Marketing, On-Line, Viral Marketing, cause-related, local/community initiatives.Manage brand delivery and consistency across all communication channels and platforms. Nurture the relationship with local external creative and media agencies, and in collaboration with HOM develop innovative and efficient Mass media plans driving Device, Channels and other non-conventional mediums.Planning, designing, executing "out of the box" thought through monthly Tactical online Offers, new product launches via mobile, sms marketing and other unconventional low cost mediums relevant to Ujjivan's target segments.Role Requirements & Qualifications A proven track record of creating and executing successful consumer advertising & marketing plans that are creative, engaging, testable, and highly analytical, for both new/ future product launches and existing products and services.Excellent understanding of the full marketing mixProven working experience as brand manager with a sharp drive for results.Excellent understanding of the full marketing mixHighly creative with ability to think out of boxExperience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivateProven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive managementStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingQualifications MBA (Marketing) from a Tier 1 Business school/ MICA. 3 to 5 years' experience in Brand Management and Marketing - Demonstrated extensive experience in brand development, managing Brands at a national / pan India level.Successful experience managing a lean team.Excellent communication skills.
