Identifying key business needs and recommending appropriate Go-To-Market Strategies for engaging with Key Stakeholders involving Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs), Patients, Consumers, Nutritionists and Retailers/ Wholesalers2. Developing a database of Key Stakeholders and Influencers in the Medical Fraternity in India3. Relationship building with Key Stakeholders and Influencers in the Medical Fraternity in India4. Gaining comprehensive knowledge and subject matter expertise of technical aspects and HCP/ Consumer/ Patient need gaps in the Indian market5. Designing the structure of proposed Collaborations with Indian and International Medical Associations that will help meet business need gaps6. Establishing a connect with the relevant Associations
